After the lesson from that campaign, the Nascent Soul Elders of the Six Sects realized that to erase the Demon Realm from the Nine Heavens World, they couldn’t use the same battle tactics they employed against the Monster King’s Court.

They had to completely hunt down and exterminate every last Demon in a given area, clearing it out entirely, and only then guide the Heaven and Earth Embryonic Membrane of the Nine Heavens World forward to truly destroy that part of the Demon Realm.

The problem was that the Demon Realm was the Celestial Demons’ home turf. When a Cultivator entered, their Divine Sense and Magical Power were severely restricted. Not only could they not find hidden Celestial Demons, but they were also no match for a Celestial Demon of the same realm.
